Do I have to pay shipping to return my order?
When you place an order, Skinq covers the shipping cost of that order for deliveries within France. For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the order.

How long does it take to get my order?
Orders shipping within France typically arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped. Orders shipping outside France usually arrive within 8-14 business days, sometimes longer. During holidays, international customers may experience delays.

When is my order fulfilled (packed up and prepared before being shipped)?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-2 business days. For specific details, please contact us at contact.skinqstore@gmail.com.

Can I expedite my order?
Please contact contact.skinqstore@gmail.com with your address. We will do our best to expedite your order and let you know the additional cost. While we cannot guarantee expedited processing, we strive to accommodate your needs.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel a recurring order, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Please email your request to contact.skinqstore@gmail.com. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to cancel or edit it. However, if the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it but can assist you with initiating a return for a refund or exchange. Please email us to request an RMA# and the return address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses as part of our return policy.

Who is responsible for duties & VAT?

  • Deliveries to the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia are Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).

  • All other international countries are Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).

Please monitor your tracking number once provided. If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the postage to reship the order.
